FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AND STORE POLICIES

Why do the videos have no talking or traditional instruction?

At Sports Fluid ™ we believe that golf can not be learned by listening. It must be learned by watching.

Golf Fluid©, our flagship product, is a far eastern memory training device. It is not a music video. It is not a cartoon.

Repetitive motion mnemonic hubs ™, found on the golfer models as black dots have been specifically synchronized to ingrain the perfect swing into
your subconscious “streams and lakes”. Once ingrained it becomes part of your subconscious swing.

How do I get the MP4 file on my PDA?

Most likely you will have to load it on your PDA via your desktop software. Some providers can upload directly from email. Please contact your
service provider for more information.

Can I share the downloads with friends?

No. They must buy their own. Of course you can introduce them to it.
But emailing, copying or otherwise reproducing or distributing this product without the express written consent of Sports Fluid, Inc. is STRICTLY
PROHIBITED and UNLAWFUL.

The Videos just loop and are repetitive. Where’s the story line? I don’t get it.

Golf Fluid-GF is a serious training aid, it is not a movie or a harangue.

Why black and white animation?

GF has consulted with many noted psychologists, and radiologists-an animated black and white image allows the brain to concentrate on the
movement. It has been said that the presence of color can retard the learning and retention processes. Hence the black and white.

Why the name “Golf Fluid”?

The fluid golfer flows like fluid. Without tension kinks or strain. It pours and runs.

How was the Animated Golfer created?

After years of studying, copying and filming some of the best PGA professionals in the world our  designers created the perfect fluid swing using
patented animation software. Throughout the filming, animation and editing process we consulted with PGA pros and professional golf instructors
to ensure perfect mechanics. We then used computers, animation artists, designers and musicians to perfect and choreograph the clips found on
the DVD.

Why do you have music with the golf swings?

We believe that the music helps the retention process. However every athlete’s brain is different. Hence the choices offered:

        Watch the videos with natural sound, heavy metal, jazz, classical, the womb, or white noise.

        If you don’t want music simply Press the “mute” button on your TV.

Please note: No music is available on the download versions.

Why was this TRAINER created?

One of the founders spent 20 frustrating, miserable years trying to learn the golf swing. He took lessons, watched videos, took endless advice and
ridicule from superior golfers, read books and magazines, and hit thousands of golf balls at the driving range. His game never improved. Some
would argue that his game worsened.

One day he took his son to the driving range. There at the range, the 5 year old son was watching a scratch golfer crush the ball 300 yards.

The founder then watched his son turn around and imitate the scratch golfer. The boy had a great fluid swing. With that the idea of Golf Fluid was
born.

What’s with those dots on the forehead and belly button?

The dots are called Mnemonic Hubs ™. We have developed the dots as reference points for the brain to anchor on as it writes to memory.

Why do I have to watch the videos again and again and again?

Neuromuscular facilitation or Proprioceptive training or Muscle memory is developed with rote repetition- remember studying for that exam? Good
golf is about controlled, remembered, consistency. And consistency is about memory. How many times have you asked yourself: God, I wish I could
remember how I hit that shot!

What’s the best way to watch Golf Fluid?

We recommend watching the "swing whole". Don't try to dissect it. Just watch the fluid flow.

Why is the background so bleak? Just white?

We have come to the conclusion that by keeping out things like lakes, trees, bridges and the sky, we have eliminated a distraction to the brain's
mnemonic process. The brain can process black and white easier, while allowing for more absorption of the perfect golf swing. In one clip we have
included the sand in a sand bunker to illustrate the effect and feel of being “trapped” in the sand.

How much time should I spend watching the trainer?

We initially recommended that you watch four video sequences per day for the first 10 days. But after more feedback from customers we
discovered that many golfers had the same results if they just watched it for 30 seconds. Again, each brain is different.

Is it ok to watch more than the recommended amount?

You can watch as often as you like. Some of our more ambitious golfers have trained for an hour/day. They have seen great results. Other golfers
have taken the recommended dosage and have seen great results. Every brain is different. Know your limits. If you watch too much you could
suffer "burn out" and through the law of diminishing returns you may not retain as much technical aspect. If your eyes feel strained or if you
notice other problems, immediately discontinue watching the trainer and consult your physician. People who have chronic or severe sleeping
disorders or noted psychological conditions,  glaucoma, or serious eye disorders should consult with their physician before watching the trainer.

DO NOT WATCH THE TRAINER WHILE OPERATING MACHINERY OR WHILE DRIVING A CAR INCLUDING A GOLF CART.
